About the Author

Reid Adams Maynard is an investment professional with experience raising capital for alternative asset investments across the United States. Based in Atlanta, he was first introduced to the music industry in 2018 and has since worked alongside both creatives and executives connected to major record labels. Through this experience, he recognized a fundamental gap: traditional music financing structures are not designed to support most independent artists. At the same time, investors in his network were actively seeking new, diversified opportunities — including exposure to music-related assets.
